Dave Strezo is Senior Vice President of Shared Services at Phoenix Rail. Mr. Strezo’s responsibilities include oversight of IT Services, Customer Service, Pricing, and Yield Management. His primary mission is the implementation and integration of information managements systems to support management decisions, operations, customer interface, and revenue accounting, as well as pricing and yield management.
Mr. Strezo is a veteran of the railroad industry with over 22 years of experience in roles including Vice President of Network Operations and Director of Customer Service for Colorado-based OmniTRAX. Later he served as Vice President of Shared Services for Pioneer Lines, and most recently as Vice President of Service Assurance and Metrics at Lake States Railroad, a Class II regional railroad.
In 2018, Mr. Strezo was a recipient of Railway Age’s “10 under 40”, which recognizes rising leaders in the rail industry. His selection was due in large part to his strong relationships with Wabtec Corporation/GE Transportation, which also resulted in six Fast Track & Innovation Awards between 2013 – 2019.
Mr. Strezo has a strong background in Computer Science, which he leverages to further develop and deploy technology into Phoenix’s landscape resulting in creating safe and efficient solutions for both customers and train crews.
Mr. Strezo graduated from McKendree University with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science.
