Caroline Malone is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Phoenix Rail. In her capacity, Caroline leads research and analysis and assists in M&A, business development and expansion investments, as well as other corporate finance functions.

Ms. Malone brings 6 years of financial and business analysis, research, and project management experience, beginning her career with Lockheed Martin as a Multi Functional Financial Analyst, and later as Corporate Development Manager at Pioneer Lines. Most recently, Ms. Malone served as a key member of the corporate development team of Spruce Power (NYSE: SPRU), a leading owner and operator of distributed solar energy assets across the United States, performing financial analysis of portfolios, and supporting debt and equity financing activities.

Ms. Malone earned a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Colorado State University.
