Phoenix Rail, headquartered in Denver, CO, owns and operates short line railroads and rail related businesses. Phoenix’s railroads and its intermodal terminal facility in Pennsylvania are critical nodes in the national rail network. We safely and effectively serve 100+ customers transporting a variety of commodities including: Consumer Products, Plastics, Iron and Steel, Agricultural Commodities, Building and Forest Products, Food Products, and Chemicals. Its wholly owned subsidiary, Lehigh Valley Rail Management, was acquired by Phoenix Rail in 2025 by a partnership formed by Ancala Partners and Arkadia Rail Partners.
